The Real Estate Database (RED) provides you with a primary account where you can add multiple agents nationwide, enabling your RED account and website to list properties across the country especially in areas where you lack a physical presence. This broad coverage can be achieved by recruiting active agents outside your usual operation area to list properties through your RED account. Once your account is set up, you can add subagents, assign each one a username and password, and allow them to upload properties directly from their respective locations. This eliminates the need to send property details via WhatsApp or email, reducing the workload for you or your employees and enhancing efficiency. Each company or agency on the RED can have multiple agents listing properties from various locations or districts or regions around the country. For example, if you click here you will notice several listings with the same company logo but different agents who are listing properties from different locations for the same agency. Adding subagents to your RED account is straightforward. Simply log in, click on "Enter a new Agent," and fill in the subagent's details, including their first and last names, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, district, niche location, username, password, role/level, and profile image. The profile image and phone number of the subagent will be displayed alongside each property. Your account however will serve as the admin account, while all other accounts will be subagents. The subagents' role is to post their properties from their respective areas, with the listings appearing under your account and, therefore, on your website. It is most effective to add subagents from different locations, districts, or regions. If the subagents are from the same area as you, duplication of listings will occur, which is undesirable. Additionally, ensure that the agents are active, trustworthy, and genuine, as working with unreliable agents may result in missed share of commissions. A good starting point could be the trusted agents you are already collaborating with in other regions; you can create accounts for them to upload their listings directly to your account. You can choose to have all subagent accounts display your contact number because you are the main agent, this will ensure that all inquiries from RED or from your website go through you. This allows you to record the potential buyer's details before passing them to the subagent for further assistance. In this arrangement, you would follow up with both the subagent and the buyer to track the progress of the deal and share the resulting commission. Alternatively, each subagent can use their own contact details, which would be displayed on their listings. In this case, potential clients would contact them directly, and your collaboration with the subagents would either be based on a service fee for using your account and website or for expanding your real estate network by partnering with agents across the country. This collaborative approach has significantly enabled many top agents on the RED to expand into locations they would otherwise not have been able to reach. Since you cannot be everywhere at once, the best approach is to collaborate with other agents in different locations by creating subaccounts for them within your RED account, allowing them to upload their listings. You won't need to travel extensively to find properties to list. Instead, you can focus on the areas you know well and let subagents manage other regions. This also saves time and resources, as you won't have to take buyers on tours in distant locations. For instance, if a buyer in Mbarara is interested in a property listed by Mugisha, a subagent in Mbarara, you can refer the buyer to Mugisha for further assistance, securing your share of the commission without the need for travel. By expanding your network, you will have a larger pool of properties and agents ready to meet buyers' needs, as opposed to the limited selection you might currently have in your local area.
