They recommended four categories: Cold leads, Cool leads, Warm leads, and Hot leads. Kampala's real estate market is rapidly expanding, with numerous areas around the city experiencing significant growth. Based on the latest RED statistical analytics, I have identified the top 100 fastest-growing locations for buying land or houses, arranged and ranked in order of growth.
This boom is driven by rapid urbanization, a growing economy, and increasing demand and supply in these areas. A key observation is that the fastest-growing areas are "generally" more expensive. However, there are exceptions like Kololo, which, despite being very expensive, is ranked 39th due to its slower growth.
